Matthew Creason

Matt has been climbing since age 20.  He started working at a climbing gym in Kansas City before moving to Des Moines to help manage Climb Iowa and coach the YAC team in 2008.  Matthew attended the 2011 Coaches’ Symposium, 2009 CWA Symposium, and is a Level 1 Certified Route Setter.  He also has attended several other clinics taught by professional climbers, including Timy Fairfield and Angie Payne.  Matthew has climbed in Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Spearfish South Dakota, Devils Tower Wyoming, HCR Arkansas, and Southern Illinois.
