This clinic is designed to be a group learning experience. We want to work together to overcome the obstacles in your way as a climber. Each person has something to offer everyone else in the group.  With our experienced staff overseeing the whole clinic, you can be sure you will come away a better climber and with the tools to continue your improvement.

• Technique (Footwork, Balance, Body Movement, Types of Moves, Route Reading)
• Training (Proper Way, Power Endurance, Non-Climbing and General Fitness)
• Injury Prevention (Warming up, Stretching, Training Order)

We will work on the above topics throughout the day.   We will work on each student's weaknesses, and what you are specifically interested in learning.

By the end of the day, you will a have better understanding of climbing movement and route reading.  You will also have a clear understanding of what you need to do to get stronger and climb harder.
