It's Not Just About Climbing


YOGA (Level 1)
(drop in) This class will cover the fundamentals of yoga asana practice, emphasizing form, muscular action and working with the breath in basic poses. This low-key class offers opportunity to increase flexibility, core strength and body awareness and will leave students feeling relaxed and grounded. Beginners welcome: open to all levels.

YOGA FOR ROCK CLIMBING
(session) Explore the relationship between yoga and climbing in this class designed to build core strength, flexibility, positional awareness, and balance. This class will introduce students to the basics of yoga asana practice including working with the breath to increase focus, stamina and inner calm while moving through challenging sequences of poses geared specifically to compliment the physical demands of rock climbing. Beginners welcome: open to all levels.
